EmployAbility

A 501(c)3 non-profit, EmployAbility’s mission is to prepare adults with developmental disabilities for employment and community integration in Chatham, Bryan and Effingham counties. EmployAbility works with 150+ employers in a wide variety of industries, including warehousing and logistics, retail, hospitality, clerical and more; and continually seeks to partner with area businesses to hire their talented program participants. EmployAbility is committed to connecting program participants with local employers, developing career opportunities with longevity, and to building community connections that promote workplace inclusion.
