February is American Heart Month. Heart Disease is the leading cause of death in the U.S. Know your risks and protect your heart.

Effingham Women's Health invites you to "Lunch & Learn" with us during American Heart Month. This is part of our women's empowerment health series. Dr. Kendall Griffith, board-certified Interventional Cardiologist, will be our featured speaker.

A lovely lunch will be provided by Southern Kafe on 17.
