The 2019 Community Leadership Retreat
The Theme for this year's retreat will be Effingham 2029. Attendees should bring with them the plans and vision that their organization is working on for the future. At the end of the retreat we plan to present the business community of Effingham a vision of Effingham County for the next 10 years.
